Our vegan and grain free Scone Mix is absolutely delicious! Made with a blend of almond and coconut milk powder, we have created a dry mix that makes 8 scones, perfect for your next tea party. Just add maple syrup, apple cider vinegar and vanilla extract.

Ingredients: Almond flour, coconut milk powder (coconut milk, tapioca maltodextrin), dried Zante currants, *coconut flour, baking soda, Himalayan pink salt

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl, add dry mix & 3 tblsp of maple syrup, 1 tblsp apple cider vinegar & 1 tblsp vanilla extract. Stir in to a tacky dough. Press dough down to form a circle about 2 inches thick. Cut into 8 wedges. Spread the wedges onto baking sheet & bake for about 12-15 minutes. Enjoy with cup of tea!

Love these so much!
These are the only mixes that I use! They are so delicious and healthy! With minimal ingredients, its amazing! The only thing I wish is that there will be organic ingredients in the future. Otherwise, they are perfect and I will continue to order!

So good!
When I went gluten free I really missed Sunday scones. This mix bought back the tradition. I added dried candied ginger to one batch and pecans to the second batch. Please make a plain so I can more variations.
