At this time we only offer international shipping on our cookbooks but hoping to expand our international offerings soon!
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates shown are directly from the carrier and we do not have control over shipping rates. We are constantly trying to lower shipping costs for our customers
During the hot summer months, our chocolate bars and chips will no longer be available for ground shipping and all of our perishable items are only available for overnight shipping.
Please note that if you selected Ground Shipping, delivery date cannot be guaranteed. If you need your items on a specific date, we recommend you choose 2 or 3 day shipping.
Shipping Dates
Cakes, baked goods and cookie dough can be delivered Wednesday-Friday via next day or two day air. Pantry items can be shipped ground. Shipping orders are delivered via FedEx/UPS/USPS. We do not deliver on Saturday. We do our best to ensure your treats arrive on time but sometimes it’s out of our control!
Why are only some items available for shipping?
Due to our commitment to freshness and integrity of our products, we only ship some of our items. We are constantly working to provide more products nationwide.
Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?
Yes! Please reach out to cakes@sweetlaurel.com for more information. Please include details about your event including size and date!
What is your cancellation policy?
No refunds 24 hours or less prior to date for local delivery and store pick up. No refunds less than 36 hours prior to delivery date for nationally shipped orders.
How do I store/serve my cake?
Cakes should be stored in the fridge before serving. All cakes can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days and 3 months in the freezer if fully covered and in an airtight container. If you have any questions about storing your cake properly please reach out to cakes@sweetlaurel.com.
Note: if you are storing the Vanilla Coconut Jam Cake or Lemon Coconut Cake you might see some oxidation (off white color) in the coconut whip but will still taste great.
Do your products contain any allergens such as tree nuts?
Ingredients are listed on every product page. Many of our items are nut-free but they are made in a facility where nuts are used. A lot of our products contain almond and/or coconut but please check the specific items ingredient list before purchasing. Many of our products include eggs as well.
Which sweeteners are used in Sweet Laurel Products?
We pride ourselves on using limited ingredients and our sweetness comes from maple syrup, monk fruit or coconut sugar. Our keto products are made with a monk fruit/erythritol blend.
Can we add cake writing or other decorations?
We do not do cake writing but can add a hand-written note with your cake order. Simply add the customization to the ‘notes’ section at check out.
Why can I not ship chocolate bars and chocolate chips?
During the hot summer months we strict shipping of chocolate items to prevent melting during transit.
How do I get Sweet Laurel in my store or place a bulk order?

Does Sweet Laurel offer gift cards?
Gift card can be found here for our online shop.
Does Sweet Laurel donate product?
Community is the center of Sweet Laurel Bakery. We donate extra product and love to be part of events in our community. If you have a donation inquiry, please reach out to us at cakes@sweetlaurel.com

Holiday Shipping
Please note we do our best to work with our shipping carriers (UPS, USPS and FedEx) to get orders out to you as seamlessly as possible. Due to high shipping volumes over the holidays there can be delays within the shipping carriers. We recommend you order early and use Route shipping insurance. m
