My girlfriend and I have been eating an animal based diet for about 5-6 years now. 99%+ of the time we eliminate alcohol, sugar and sugar alcohols, seed oils, gluten, preservatives, food dyes, and other harmful or contaminated ingredients. As you can imagine, my gf hasn’t had a cake in a long time so I was looking around for her birthday and this cake did not disappoint at all. Our families don’t follow the same diets but they understand the importance of health more now and everyone loved the cake, especially paired with a couple scoops of ice cream for bears. The texture is spot on, the flavor is really delicious, and the icing is legit. I still remember what a really good cake tastes like and this stood up to a really solid cake minus all the junk. Also props on the shipping, cake was in perfect condition and easy to transfer to a plate. My gf will be the one shopping next bc my birthday is coming up and I’ve already let her know I want one too.
