A craving for pancakes lead me to Sweet Laurel. Both my family and I were thoroughly impressed with both taste and consistency . Next time I will add blueberries for an added enhancement.

I just tried this pancake mix and love it. It has great ingredients. It is hard to find pancake mix that doesn’t have added fillers etc… I added chocolates chips into some of the mix and they were yummy! I will definitely be buying these again.

The end product was good but using the mixture to make waffles took it to a different level as I felt it was thicker and brought out the flavor more. It made me think of Fall for some reason. This mix paired nicely with Runamok Festive Infused Maple syrup which enhanced the nutty undertone of the mix. The only downside is that the entire mix needs to be used instead of using it overtime.
