We had such a fun event with Live Conscious at the Cake Shop this weekend and we wanted to share a recipe from the partnership. Our amazing Cake Shop team came up with this recipe and we are so excited to share with our entire community! This drink is next level - we made a frappe out of our hot cacao and created a Keto Frozen Hot Chocolate made with Beyond Brew - YUM!
Beyond Brew is a great coffee alternative or enhancer with a light cacao flavor that supports natural energy production and healthy digestion! It is made up of 6 superblend mushrooms (Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga, Cordyceps Sinensis, Cordyceps Militaris, and Turkey Tail) and is the perfect addition to our cacao or coffee drinks.
Ingredients:
1-2 tablespoons monkfruit (depending on sweetness)
1-2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon Beyond Brew
1 16oz cup filled up with ice
12 oz coconut milk
Directions:
Put all ingredients in blender and blend for about 15 seconds.
Voila - easy and delicious afternoon drink!
