London Fog
Yield: 1 London Fog
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons earl grey tea
4 oz hot water (208F)
3 oz almond milk or coconut milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions:
Steep the tea in the hot water for 5 minutes. Strain.
In a milk frother or a small pot over medium heat, combine the milk, vanilla and honey. If using a pot, heat until steaming, remove from heat, and whisk until bubbly.
Pour foamed milk over the strained tea. Enjoy!
