Kombucha Mimosas, that's how we get Oscar Party ready at Sweet Laurel! Last week, we got together with a delightful crew to put together a little Oscar Party. It was really just another reason to get together and eat pretty cake, but this time we did it in style! GEARY'S Beverly Hills, the family owned store known for entertaining beautifully, provided the beautiful china for our shoot. I am absolutely obsessed with the Louveciennes by Havilland, so pretty in every way. I also loved the coupe glasses we served our kombucha mimosas in! We prepped the cakes in our gorgeous Hedley and Bennett aprons. They are bright, beautiful and most importantly, practical. If you know me, you know I am a huge fan of quality, and these aprons are made with the best materials and are built to last. Ellen, from Hedley and Bennett is a hoot, and spending the morning with her at her apron factory was a delight. Under the seamless coordination of Cara from Caravents, we put this beautiful day together. We were so inspired by our Oscar Party that we decided to collaborate with Ellen and create a Sweet Laurel workshop, Food and Style. The workshop will cover grain free baking by Sweet Laurel, food photography and styling by Kitchy Kitchen and aprons by Hedley and Bennett. Join in on the fun and sign up today!
Enjoy our recipe for Kombucha Mimosas below. They will make this weekend's celebrations full of bubbly fun, but without the headache later ;). All photos in this post were taken by Cara Kleinhaut.
