We wanted to create a drink that pairs perfectly with our Gingerbread Cookie Dough, and I have to say, this hits the spot! Warm, cozy and inviting, with the perfect amount of spice. This latte is everything you want a December drink to be. Enjoy by the fire, with a plate full of cookies and a good book!

Gingerbread Latte

Yield: 1 latte


1 oz espresso
6 oz almond or coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon 100% maple syrup or date syrup


Combine your milk, spices, vanilla, and sweetener in a milk frother, or in a pot over medium heat. Froth the milk as you normally would, or if you don’t have a milk frother, heat the mixture until steaming and pour into a jar with the lid secured.

Carefully shake until frothy, about 15 seconds. Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and enjoy!

*Option to sprinkle cinnamon on top for a little antioxidant & anti-inflammatory boost.
