Pumpkin Olive Oil Cake Mix

Simply Add: 2 eggs and 1/2 cup olive oil

Ingredients: almond flour, coconut sugar*, pumpkin powder*, ground cinnamon*, ground ginger*, baking soda, Himalayan pink salt. *Organic

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Prepare one 8-9 inch round pan by lining with parchment paper and greasing the sides with oil.Place mix in medium sized mixing bowl. Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup olive oil. Stir until batter/dough forms. Note that the texture will be more like a dough/ it won’t flow out of the pan. Distribute batter into pan (pat down in pan so it’s even across the pan) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Remove from oven, then allow to cool. Top with Cinnamon Coconut Sugar Topping
