I’m always looking for healthy pancake recipes. I feel like I have tried more than 5 different recipes and brands. I’m always looking for of course great tasting but also easy recipes that cook well. Wow!!! I loved your pancake recipe! It was perfect with some maple syrup. It made my Saturday morning 💖

Loved the chocolate cake mix. Loved the pancake mix. The scone mix , I think depends on the person's taste!!!

First off, the packaging they come in is adorable, so cute and rustic. I was absolutely wild about the chocolate cake and the pancake mix, and my boyfriend was too (he normally hates anything vegan/gluten-free/keto/etc. lol). The chocolate cake was honestly better than any other chocolate cake I’ve ever tried and the pancakes were amazing. The reason I rated this four stars is due to the scones. I felt the directions were unclear on how to make them and my scones ended up feeling really gritty and had a sand like texture. I have never made scones before so it’s possible it was my fault but I feel like I did not understand what the directions were saying.
I’m not vegan or have any conditions (like Celiac’s Disease) or follow a certain diet, though I do love vegan baked goods so this was more out of curiosity or constructive criticism I can offer to improve but for the pancake mix, it said “dairy free” on the box but not vegan, but the directions did not list any dairy free alternatives which I found confusing. Overall though, this company is lovely and I love what Laurel has achieved, truly anyone can enjoy baked goods and it’s amazing all the different ingredients that can be used. Loooooove this brand.
