A layer of graham cracker crust, double chocolate brownie, decadent marshmallow, followed up with our artisan- crafted chocolate. What more could you want in a S’more’s Bar?

At Sweet Laurel we actively combat food waste. When we cut our brownies, we have brownie edges left over (everyone seems to want those center piece brownies ;) ) and so we like to test new recipes utilizing those brownie edge pieces. This S’mores Bar is one such creation!

Comes with 4 s'mores bars. Please store in airtight container in fridge (good for 5 days) or on countertop (good for 3 days). Enjoy!

Ingredients:

Marshmallow: maple syrup, water, vital proteins collagen peptides, salt

Ganache: maple syrup, 100% cacao, organic coconut milk, coconut oil

Cinnamon Crust: almond flour, pink salt, cinnamon, maple syrup, coconut oil, arrowroot flour

Double chocolate brownie: almond butter (almonds), maple syrup, eggs, cacao, baking soda, vanilla extract and (tequila, vanilla bean powder), pink salt

... when you don't have access to a fire pit...
This has the taste and feel of gathering around the fire pit on a summer's evening. (without the fire pit). I would say that I love sitting around the fire pit, Adirondack chairs, but there are times when that is just not practical or possible.
I just wished there was a longer shelf life!! but I didn't need that..... gone in a heartbeat.

Perfect for both the little kid and the adult in me!
I gifted myself an order of these for Mother’s Day this year. I was SO happy when I came across the beautiful website and saw something so sweet and fun. They did NOT disappoint! Just enough chocolate, fluffy and not over-sweet marshmallow, just a touch of cinnamon in the graham layer. Such a wonderful mix of complimentary textures and flavors. They’re just lovely! Very well thought out in appearance, packing and sweet messaging. I’m excited to try more products in the future.

Wow !
Wasn’t expecting myself to love these as much as I did , mainly because I eat a lot of artificial sweets/food (guilty) . I thought it would taste “too healthy” , but they were just right , right amount of sweet and gooey texture like the perfect summer smore .
I’m obsessed, I hope they’ll be able to sell these in packages at supermarkets.

S’mores Brownies
Delicious however these were more of a brownie than a traditional s’more. I prefer more crunch in the graham cracker base and they did not microwave well.
