The perfect balance of naturally sweet goodness - introducing our Le Prunier x Sweet Laurel 'Sugar' Plum Fairy Scones. Made with Le Prunier Organic Dried Plums and Sweet Laurel Vegan Scone Mix
Ingredients:
- Sweet Laurel Vegan Scone Mix
- Le Prunier Organic Dried Plums
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment. Chop 8–10 dried plums into quarters and measure ½ tsp cinnamon and ¼ tsp cardamom.
- In a bowl, combine the scone mix with 3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey), 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp vanilla, chopped plums, cinnamon, and cardamom. Mix until crumbly, then form a ball.
- Flatten dough to 1-inch thickness and cut into 6 triangles or use a round cutter.
- Bake on the prepared sheet for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
