Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment. Chop 8–10 dried plums into quarters and measure ½ tsp cinnamon and ¼ tsp cardamom.  
  2. In a bowl, combine the scone mix with 3 tbsp maple syrup (or honey), 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp vanilla, chopped plums, cinnamon, and cardamom. Mix until crumbly, then form a ball.  
  3. Flatten dough to 1-inch thickness and cut into 6 triangles or use a round cutter. 
  4. Bake on the prepared sheet for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and enjoy!
