I loved developing this delicious and clean hot cocoa recipe! It is oh so decadent, chocolate-y, velvety in texture, and full of flavor. Enjoy with our paleo marshmallows or just straight up. My favorite thing to do is add left over hot cocoa to my morning coffee the next day for an extra fancy mocha!
Keto Hot Chocolate
Yield: 6-8 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cans coconut cream (We love Lets Do Organic Coconut Cream!)
3 cups water
¼ cup cacao powder
¼ cup monk fruit sweetener (We love Lakanto Monk Fruit Sweetener)
Pinch Himalayan pink salt
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30-40 seconds. Remove from blender and heat over stove. Pour into your favorite mug or teacup and top it off with a few marshmallows. Sprinkle with cacao, sip and enjoy!
