Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
SUMMER IN A PIE. This absolutely delicious pie is filled with luscious seasonal strawberries and tangy rhubarb baked inside an elegant lattice crust. Absolutely perfect for the 4th of July or any summer soirée!
Ingredients: almond flour, strawberries, rhubarb, arrowroot powder, maple syrup, eggs, coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt and lemon juice.
Pie Care: Please place your pie in the refrigerator when delivery is received.
Before serving, re-heat pie in oven for 15-20 minutes at 350 for a delicious, toasty crust.
To store leftovers, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap with parchment or waxpaper and place in an airtight container. Keep in freezer for up to 2 months.
